Obituaries

Anna Wilson O’Neal, 76, passed away on November 29, 2024. Services will be Monday, December 9, 2024 beginning with visitation at 10 am and funeral service to follow at 12 noon at Green Castle Baptist Church, 4970 Murphy Lane. Interment will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.

Anna worked at Phillip Morris as a Quality Assurance manager until she retired.  Anna was an active member of Green Castle Baptist Church, a member of The Red Hatters, volunteered on the Foster Care Review Board and gave her time freely to anyone that needed it.  Anna was a neighborhood mom to a number of children in the surrounding area where she lived.

Anna was preceded in death her loving parents, Harry and Antie Wilson; and by the joy of her life, her daughter Chevette Lorraine Radford.  Anna is survived by the love of her life Wesley (Wes) Gardener; grandson Donovan Radford; sisters, Prevonne Wilson, Karen White (Colbert Sr.); brother, Wayne Wilson; son-in-law, Gregory Radford; uncle, Nathaniel Moore; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
