Ella Mae Neal Smith, 79, passed away June 30, 2020, at Treyton Oaks Towers. She was a self-employed caregiver. Ms. Smith is survived by two daughters, Shona Neal Smith (DeKoven) and Tamara Gullion (Stephon); and four grandchildren, Juan Neal,Curtis Harbin, Cameron and Kayla Gullion. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 noon Thursday, July 9. at Greater Israel Baptist Church, 1509 W. Magazine Street. Funeral services will be private. Interment will be in Green Meadows Cemetery.
