Ester R. Kelley, 92, passed away on October 30, 2023. Services will be Thursday, November 9, 2023 beginning with visitation at 10 a.m. and funeral service to follow at 11 a.m. at Von Speigel Baptist Church, 3336 W. Kentucky Street. Interment will be in Lebanon National Cemetery, Lebanon, KY.
Esther leaves to cherish three daughters Ida Nelson, Hazarana Brown (Rudolf), Claudine Stewart (Alvin). Nine grandchildren LaTonya Johnson(Kerry), TuWanna Todd-Elston(Jaret), Nekia Johnson, Leon Todd Sr.(Brandia), Angel L. Todd, Rodney Todd, Adrian Stewart, Coley Ralston Jr.,Tameca. Two sisters Carrie L. Martin and Hattie White and a host nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, friends and family. Esther is preceded in death by her parents Ocie L. and Carrie M. Booker, Sisters, Odessa Weber, Ruby Booker, Sallie Blye, Mary Little and brothers Clearance Booker, Raymond Booker, Ocie L. Booker, Dr. Corneilus Booker Sr. Grandchilden Larry Johnson Jr., William Todd, Kozy A. Todd, Stephanie Ralston and one great grandchild LuNisha Johnson-Green Late husband’s Leon Todd and Rev. Leonard T. Kelley also preceded her in death.
