Lumpkins, Geraldine Jones, 79, passed away March 28, 2019. She was a “Mother” of Mount Sinai Gospel Church, a retired JCPS educator. She leaves to cherish fond memories her daughters YoLonda, Rhonda, and LaTonia Lumpkins, and Kela Elders (Q); sister Doris J. Franklin; brother Anthony R. Chandler; 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, March 30, at her church, 20303 Wilson Avenue.
