41, passed away on May 15, 2017, at Jewish Hospital. She was born September 3, 1975 to the late Darlean Flatt and Gearld Puckett Sr. She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Nathen Williams. Jackie lived as a free spirit person. She always wore a smile on her face. She loved her family; she loved life. Jackie dedicated her life to Christ at an early age. She was baptize at age of six at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Holy Bluff, Mississippi. “Blac” will be greatly missed, but forever loved by her family. She leaves to cherish her memory a special friend Nickie Cumby, sister Larreatta, six brothers, Larry Blackmon, Dwayne Quisenberry, Gearld Lee, Clyde Pickett, Demarcus Bailey, Gearld Pickett, Jr.; 12 nieces; nine nephews and host of family and friends. Funeral: 12 noon on Monday, May 22 at Hill Street Baptist Church, 2203 Dixie Highway. Visitation after 10 a.m. Interment in Green Meadows Cemetery
