Louisville – James Edward Eleby, 65, passed away on January 8, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife Carolyn; children; Nichole Green, James Yearby, Abiijauna Eleby, Sean Nolan, Serena Taylor, Da’kee Ray Eleby, Shakira Robinson; step-children Le’Kecia (Derquoine) Mobley, and LaVetta Carney; siblings; Beverly (Chauncey) Blakey, Willie Eleby, Joseph (Frances); in-laws, Theron Holt, David Holt, Michael Holt, Patricia Williams, Linda (Rodney) Thornton, Lalita Holt, and Nelzena Brown of Louisville, KY; along with a village of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great nephews; and a host of cousins and friends.
