53, passed away July 12, 2017. He is survived by his children, Lamont Edwards, Sarah Dean, Justice Poindexter; sister, Renee Cooper; brother, LaVelle Cooper; and three grandchildren. Visitation will begin 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 18, followed by the funeral at 1 p.m. at New Zion Baptist Church, 1501 Louis Coleman Drive. Interment in Green Meadows Cemetery.
