Obituaries

Louise Little McMurray, 88, passed away on December 4, 2023. Services will be Friday, December 15, 2023 beginning with visitation at 10 am and funeral service to follow at 12 noon at New Zion Baptist Church, 1501 Louis Coleman Jr. Drive. Interment will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, Radcliff, KY.

She was a retiree of PepsiCo/Frito Lay and Kroger. She was a faithful member of New Zion Baptist Church where she served as a Deaconess and a member of the Nurses Guild.  She was also avid University of Louisville Cardinal fan.

Louise is preceded in death by her husband, Mother, Father, sister, Liza Mae Cofield, and brothers, Robert Little, Theodis Little, Arlice Little, Calvin Little, Jimmy Little and daughter, Devonna Evans.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, daughters, Cynthia L. Little, Monica J. Little and Kelly Y. McMurray, all of Louisville, KY, sons, Eric L. McMurray, Sr. (Heather) of Richmond, VA and Marc T. McMurray of San Diego, CA, grandchildren, Jeffrey R. Handley, Charles L. Little, Whitney M. McMurray, Antonio J. Clement, Eric L. McMurray, Jr., Jared D. Hyde, Marcus Evans, Jr., and Cameron L. Hines, four great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.  She also held a special place in her heart for her bonus son, Terrence Hines, bonus daughter and caregiver, Juanita Thomas, and bonus granddaughters, Daniyah Thomas, Loretta Thomas, and Laniyah Pam.
