Monique Simone Mayfield Pugh, 49, passed away on February 17, 2025. Services will be Saturday, March 1, 2024 beginning with visitation at 11 am and funeral service to follow at 1 pm at New Zion Baptist Church, 1501 Louis Coleman Jr. Drive.

Monique also loved her motorcycle family. Shadow Hunters, No Haterz MC, and STR8 Ryderz MC along with other out-of-state chapters she often visited. Her passing left a void in our hearts of her family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by her and she will truly be missed.

Monique leaves to cherish in her loving memory her beloved mother “Angel” Mayfield; father, Samuel Mayfield; older sister, LaTania Mayfield (Doug); younger brother, Jason Mayfield (Jasmine); and younger, sister Ivana Clay (Mike); five aunts,: Phillis Tyler Sinkford, Yvonne Jackson Wise, Yvonne Wooderts Peeples, Gladys Tyler, and Reba Hurt; 14 nieces and nephews; 11 great nieces and great nephews; and a host of family and friends.
