Veronique Lunita Williams, 35. passed away on January 11, 2023. Her services will be at Spirit Filled Ministries, 4936 Hazelwood Ave. on Thursday, January 19. Visitation begins at 11 a.m. followed by the funeral at 1 p.m. Interment will be in Green Meadows Cemetery.

Veronique’ “LuLu” Williams was born to Veronica Churchill and Andre Williams on May 14, 1987, in Los Angeles, CA. Shortly after her birth, they relocated to Louisville, Ky. where she was raised.

After graduating from Central High Schol, Veronique’ made her way back to Redonda, CA to study fashion design. Being creative, she loved to design clothes and would take the challenge to design anything, including YOU! While trying to find her niche; whether it be culinary (she loved to eat), modeling, or design; Veronique’ used her God-given talents and abilities to positively impact others and to enhance her own life.  Veronique’ was an amazing fashionista and her interests included dancing and traveling, but she stayed ready and available for anything fun, interesting, and different. She was creative and innovative, always willing to try new things.

Known as life of the party and still a woman about her business; Veronique’ resided in cities such as Chicago, Atlanta, and Tucson. It was in Tucson, Arizona where she attended Barbizon for modeling and acquired her associate degree in business from Brookline College of Business. With all her accomplishments, achievements, and experiences; her proudest moment was when she became a mother to Niqo Love. She loved being his Momma. Niqo is, was, and will always be the love of her life. “My Kid” as she would refer to him, was her number one priority, her focus, and her biggest blessing.

Born in the sunshine state, there’s no wonder she was the brightest light in the room! You may think that 35 years was a short-lived life, best believe her vibrancy will remain remembered, thoughts of her will resonate smiles, laughter, and love; and she will always reflect God’s grace and love.

See you when we get there “LuLu”!

Veronique’ leaves to cherish her memory and witness her homegoing, her Mother, Veronica Churchill, one son; Niqo Love Williams; one brother, Ravon Churchill, one sister, Nica Burton (Jarrod Burton); and a host of family and friends.
