Walter Howard Webster, 73, was born December 20, 1943 to the late Sarah Lee Webster and Pete Smelser. He was the last of four children and was preceded in death by his sister Sarah Ella Webster. Walter departed this life on January 30, 2017 at St. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter Angela Heyden and son James Heyden; one stepson, Bryant Kimbley; grandson, John Heyden; one devoted niece and a host of nieces and nephews family and friends who really love him.
Visitation will begin 11 a.m. Friday, February 10, at New Zion Baptist Church, 1501 Louis Coleman Jr. Drive, followed by the funeral at 1 p.m. Interment: Green Meadows Cemetery.
