William Edward Murphy

Louisville – 78, passed away on June 21, 2021. William leaves to cherish his memory; a loving and devoted wife, Norma Lamar Murphy, three daughters, Jane Murphy Robinson and Bernetta White of Louisville and, Adrianne Ragland Dillard (Henry) of Lexington; one stepdaughter, Cherice Kagunye of Lexington; three sons, William Murphy, Jr. of Louisville, Jonathan Murphy of Lexington, and Quintin Murphy of Shelbyville; one brother, Bobby Irvin (Drucila) of Shelbyville; two sisters, Irene Walker of Shelbyville and Bertha Mason of Louisville; a sister in-law Shirley Murphy of Taylorsville; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.  He also leaves to mourn a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Services will be held on Saturday June 26, 2021 beginning at 11am with visitation and funeral services to follow at 1pm at Church of God, 2246 Taylorsville Road Shelbyville, KY. www.ralfunerals.com
