Louisville Kemzie Deshawn Council, 43 passed away February 3, 2021. He is survived by mother Laretta Council, son Tahjar Council, daughter Ajuanty Council; siblings Kyle & Kimberly Smith and a host of family and friends. Our beloved Kemzie will be missed but his generosity and kindness will always live with us in our hearts. Services will be Thursday, February 11, 2021 with visitation beginning at 1pm with services following at 3pm Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons Funeral Home 951 S. Preston Street.
