Louisville – 101, passed away May 4, 2021. Effie is survived by best friend of many years, Juanita Marshall, close friend Betty Morton, God-son Robert Hampton of Las Vegas Nevada, God-daughter and caregiver, Priscilla Bullard in addition to a host of distant cousins and neighborhood friends who love and miss her dearly.

Services will be held Saturday, May 8th with visitation beginning 11am with funeral services at 12 noon at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 3640 River Park Drive. www.ralfunerals.com
