Louisville – 60 passed away o May 22, 2021. Thomas left behind his mother Annette Story of Newport, Tennessee; daughter Karen Lewis , granddaughter Kiayanee, great-granddaughters Kitima and Kleo of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; brothers Orick Story of Newport, Tennessee, Otis Story (Dorothy) of San Diego, California; sisters; Sigrid Story and Kimberly Story (Joel) -Ward of Louisville, Kentucky and Nina Story- Benjamin (James) of Manvel, Texas. His Aunt Mary Jones of Thompson, Georgia, special friend Sharon Lewis, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews.
