Saundra Belle Allen, 68, passed away on December 17, 2021. Her memories are cherished by her daughter Shaundee Holt (Terrance Holt, Sr.) and son Billy Wallace, II., adopted daughter Charmail Washington, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She has a host of others that called her Mom.
