Thomas Ray Lewis 40 passed away on Monday July 4, 2022. Services will be held on Saturday July 9th beginning at 10am with visitation and funeral service to follow at 12 noon at Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons Funeral Home 951 S. Preston Street.
