Ernest Reed, III

Ernest P. Reed, III, passed away on April 11, 2023. Services will be Thursday, April 20, 2023 beginning with visitation at 12 noon and funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. at Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons, 951 S. Preston Street. Interment will be in Louisville Cemetery.

Ernest is survived by his four children, Martaze and Jasemine Reed, Unicque Robinson, Jacara Reed, Shrika Reed-Florence; eleven grandchildren, Nazari Reed, Melaysia Reed, Kassius Reed, Darresha Robinson, Dy’ Esha Robinson, Dakendra Robinson, Taylor Reed, Tyler Reed, Sha’ Mya Reed, Maleah Florence, and Greyson Florence; four brothers, Terry White (Joyce), James Reed, Stearne Reed, and Ernest Reed; four sisters, Gloria Wilson (Kevin), Portia Reed, Ulricka Miller, and Vanessa Barnes; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
