Michael L. Gaines, Jr.

Michael Lee Gaines, Jr., 17, passed away on January 27, 2024. Services will be Saturday, February 3, beginning with visitation at 11 am and funeral service to follow at 1 pm at Green Street Baptist Church, 519 E. Gray Street.

Michael is preceded in death by his father Michael Lee Gaines Sr.; grandmother, Pat Willis; grandfather, James Willis; and uncles, Sean Burnett and Eric Burden.

Michael leaves to cherish his memory is his mother Elisha Willis (step-dad Destry); brother, Daelyn Ellis; grandmother, Amelia Gaines (Big Daddy Gary Williams); grandfather, Mike Greenhill; aunties, Tonda , Quita, Trice, Brianna, Aspen; uncles, Jamie, Tonio, Jameo (TT), Andre, Mikelle, Desmond- his BIGGEST mentor (LEE LEE); god-mother, Nita; and a host of cousins, friends, other relatives and most of all his girlfriend Jackie.
