Lashala M. Goodwin

Lashala M. Goodwin, 39, passed away on October 12, 2024. She was a Guidance Counselor at Doss High School. Services will be Saturday, October 19, 2024 beginning with visitation at 9 am and funeral service to follow at 11 am at Crescent Hill United Methodist Church, 126 S. Peterson Avenue. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Lashala is survived by her husband of 16 years, Alvin Russell Goodwin II; her son, Ayden Ra Goodwin; her daughter, Lena Ma’at Goodwin; her father, William Edward Lyle; her mother, Sheila B. Porter; her sister, Talisha L. Olaleye; her godson, Caleb Thompson; along with grandmothers, aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
