Dianna Kelley

Dianna Kelley, 78, passed away on April 17, 2025. She was a retiree of Jefferson County Public Schools after 37 years of service. Funeral service will be 11 am Saturday, April 26, 2025 at New Zion Baptist Church, 1501 Louis Coleman Jr. Drive with interment in Green Meadows Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Friday at the church.

Dianna is preceded in death by her parents, William Sr. & Willie T. Smith; siblings William Smith Jr. and Ordell P. Smith. She leaves to love and cherish her memory: her daughters, Taya Thomas (Alvin) and
Kenitha Jordan-Thomas (Kennedy); siblings: Bettie Miles (Steve), Herbert Mitchell Smith (Terri), Odell P. Smith (Doris), and Robert Smith; grandchildren: K’eiondra, Iman, K’eion, D’eion, Deanna, Darian, Romica, Kenneth, and Bryan; great-grandchildren: D’eion, K’eion, Donovan, Tristian, D’Zaria, Ava, Avion, O’ryan, Noah, and Kanaija. She also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends that loved her dearly.
