Leonard G. Churn

Leonard G. Churn, 74, passed away on May 8, 2025. Services will be Thursday, May 15, 2025 beginning with visitation at 9 am and funeral service to follow at 11 am at New Zion Baptist Church, 1501 Louis Coleman Jr. Drive. Interment will be in Highland Memory Gardens.

He is survived by his two sons Leonard Churn, Jr. and Maurice Churn (Alexis), and his daughter Amanda Churn McRae; his grandchildren, Talen Churn (Brendan), Treyquan Churn, Makenna Churn, Maurshawn Churn, Maurkailyn Churn, Mario Dalton, Nyrea Graves, Michelle McRae, Maurice McRae; six great-grandchildren; his brothers, Gary Carter, Sr (Carolyn), Kenny Carter (Tina), and Dannie Carter; his sister Shelia Caffey (Doneil); and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
