Abdul W. Rashada

Abdul Walee Rashada, 78, passed away on May 11, 2025. Services will be Saturday, May 24, 2025 beginning with visitation at 11 am and funeral service to follow at 1 pm at New Zion Baptist Church, 1501 Louis Coleman Jr. Drive. Interment will be in Green Meadows Cemetery.

Adbul leaves to cherish his memory a loving wife Angela; his children, Niema and Syid; his step-children, Corey, Aaron and Cidney; his sisters, Neil, Alice, and Dorthy; his 13 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; his Aunt Annie and Uncle Robert; sisters-in-law, Martha and Regina. He will also be remembered by a whole host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. Adbul was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Jack and David (Duck); his sisters, Sarah and Geneva; and his son Niem.
