Penny J. Allen

Penny Jo Allen, 61, passed away on June 14, 2025. Services will be Saturday, June 28, 2025 beginning with visitation at 9 am and funeral service to follow at 11 am at Hill Street Baptist Church, 2203 Dixie Hwy. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Penny’s life was a beautiful reflection of love, service, and strength. Her spirit was giving—she would do anything for anyone at any time. She was a true servant of the Lord, walking in faith and living her life to the fullest. Her presence brought light to every room, and her legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Katherine Elliott, brother Robert D. Elliott, niece Cassandra Elliott, and nephew Kenneth Elliott Jr.

Penny leaves to cherish her memory son, Jamar Elliott (Chantelle); sister, Rochelle Wigginton (Ricky); brothers, Kenneth Elliott, Joseph M. Elliott (Mary Ann), and Nick Mulligan; grandchildren, Branden Sutton, Alayah Webb, Ra’Maj Elliott, Bre’Ona Archie, and Brooke’Lyn Elliott; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, church members, friends, and former coworkers who were blessed by her kindness and warmth.
