Curtis L. Smith

Curtis Laudell Smith, 52, passed away on June 11, 2025. Services will be Monday, June 24, 2025 beginning with visitation at 12 noon and funeral service to follow at 2 pm at Bates Memorial Baptist Church, 620 Lampton Street.

Curt is survived by his mother Howardetta Holbrook; fiancé Sharon Oliver; aunt Lynn Harris; brothers Donald Smith, Michael Davis and Earl Fletcher; his sisters Joy “Catrice” and Regenia Summer Bonhom-Betts. His children; Curtis, Curtvonte, Shenea, Curtaysha and Kurtis Smith; Shamondre and Curtez Starling; Jermon Petty and Corey Bland. Curt was loved by his grandchildren, favored by his nieces/nephews and adored by a host of family and friends.
