Spencie L. Walker

Spencie Walker “Leonard”, 69, passed away on August 1, 2025. Services will be Friday, August 15, 2025 beginning with visitation at 11 am and funeral service to follow at 1 pm at Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons, 951 S. Preston Street.

Spencie is preceded in death by his mother, Annie L. Booker, and father, Mancie Walker; sister, Bessie M Walker-Griffin (Archie); brother, Andrew Walker (Gwendolyn); sister, Rebecca Muhammed (Moses) and, brother, Mancie Walker Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory: his devoted wife, Valerie Griffin-Walker; son, Spencie Walker, Jr. (AZ).; daughters ,Lanetta Walker and Latasha Walker; his siblings, Louis Walker, James Walker IL (Michelle) and sister Luease (Hall); six grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends who loved him dearly.
