Shirley Delores Fishback-Welch, 86, passed away on December 12, 2025. Services will begin with visitation on Friday from 7 – 9 pm at Gospel Missionary Church, 3226 Vermont Avenue. Funeral will be 1 pm Tuesday at New Zion Baptist Church, 1501 Louis Coleman Jr. Drive.
