Joe Richard Lewis, Sr., 71, passed away on January 22, 2026. Services will be Thursday, January 29, 2026 beginning with visitation at 10 am and funeral service to follow at 12 noon at Forest Tabernacle Baptist Church, 4205 E. Indian Trail. Interment will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
