50, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2016. He is survived by his children, Brandi Loy, Carl, III, Christien, Bryan, Jesse, and Jaylen Russell, Brittany and Brandy Downey, Jai Jackson, and Jimmy Ganus; mother, Barbara Harris Russell; step-mother, Marcella Russell; siblings, Steven Spalding, Lynda Russell, and Karla French. Funeral will be 12 noon Saturday at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, 3315 Dixie Hwy with interment in Green Meadows Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Friday at the church.
