65, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at his home. He is survived by his daughter Lakeasha Jones; siblings, Jackie Peoples, Robert Cowherd, Jr., Ruthie Cowherd, Ceclia Bandy, and Raymond Cowherd.
