78, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017. He is survived by his siblings Howard Rutledge (Mary), Mabel Parker, Norma White-Duncan (Talbert), Geneva Harvey, Dorothy Floyd, Kathleen Rutledge, and JoAnn Rutledge. Visitation will be 10a.m. Tuesday with funeral service to follow at noon at New Zion Baptist Church, 1501 Louis Coleman Drive. Interment will be in Louisville Cemetery.
