Barbara Jean Richardson

Richardson, Barbara Jean, 81, passed away June 1, 2017. She a career foster mother. Survivors include her children, Shonda Buchanon, Nathaniel Richardson; foster children, Eric Barnett, Kenneth Shobe and Leonard Wadlington; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren, and nephew Ronald Coleman. Visitation will begin Thursday at 10 a.m. with the funeral service following at 12 noon at Hill Street Baptist Church, 2203 Dixie Highway. Her nephew, Rev. Roger Todd will officiate.
