Parr, Arletta Louise, 70, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018. She is survived by her son Timothy E. Johnson; brother, Parnell Parr, Jr.; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be held Wednesday, January 17, 2018 with visitation beginning at 11 a.m. and funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. at Portland Memorial Baptist Church, 3802 W.
