40, passed away on January 3, 2019. He is survived by his children Romeo, Julia, November, James III, and Jamesha Offut, and Aaliyah Mudd; mother, Ida Offutt; and one grandchild. Services will be Saturday, January 12, 2019 with visitation beginning at 9 a.m. and funeral service to follow at 11 a.m. at Greater Israel Baptist Church, 1509 Magazine Street. Interment will be in Green Meadow Cemetery. Professional services by Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons, 951 S. Preston Street.
