Smiley, Levolia, 58, passed away February 21, 2019. He is survived by his mother, Mildren Ross; children, Levolia Florence, Ricky Griffin, Levolia, Atwan, Al, and Terrell Baker, Martice, Tony, and Azaria Garrett; sisters Sheila and Sandra Elliott; brothers Milton Elliott and Thomas Ross, Jr.; and 30 grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 27, 6-8 p.m. at New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 2973 Wilson Ave., where the funeral service will be conducted on Thursday at 1 p.m.
