King, John Albert Sr., 64, passed away on January 7, 2015. He is survived by his children, John King, Jr., Shanetta Hartman, Felicia Moore, and Sean King (Rosdalia); 3 sisters; 7 brothers; grandchildren, Akayla, Ashley, and Amani Moore, Aaliyah Jackson, Cortez, John III, and Jordan King, Saniyah Hartman, Shon and Darryon Carlisle; former spouse, Dorothy King; and loving companion Pauline Hartman. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday, January 12, 2015 at Greater Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 2325 Osage Avenue with interment in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 6 – 9 p.m. Sunday at the church. Arrangements by Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons.
