Sarver, Victor Austin, Jr., 39, passed away July 6, 2019. His memorial service will be 12 noon Saturday, July 13, at Grace Hope Presbyterian Church, 702 E. Breckenridge Streets. Interment will be private. He is survived by his wife, Tiffany Fels; parents, Victoria & Victor Sarver, Sr., children, Vi’Nay, Vicor L., Valencia, Vinique, LaVontane, Vayshon, Viniyah Sarver, Ja’Kayl Jordan, Vashay Dorsey, Ayana King, Ja’Nyia Fant and Christian Tyler; brothers, Chester and Cordale Sarver and Shawn Beason.
