Tomain M. Ballenger

Ballenger, Tomain Montez, 32, passed away January 21, 2015. He was a 2001 graduate of Male High School, chef at Overtime Sports Bar and member of Riverview Baptist Church.

He is survived by his grandmother, Geraldine Hogan; mother Audrey Ballenger; siblings Sequoia Bush (Kennard), Edra Fahey (Ryan), Andrea Coleman, Brittany Taylor, Kevin Kennedy Jr. and Amber Coleman; other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bates Memorial Annex, 728 E. Lampton St., followed by the funeral at 1 p.m. Interment will be in Louisville Cemetery. Professional services by Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons Funeral Home
