Jacqueline Brooks, 60, passed away on December 18, 2019. Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Mt. Nebo Baptist Church, 2707 Fleming Avenue. She is survived by her children Xian Brooks (Heather Brydie Harris), Justin Brooks (D’aja Jones), and Athena Dillard; sisters, Corine Brooks and Linda Blair (Harold); brothers, Leroy Brooks and Michael Brooks (Blanche); brother-in-law, Elliott Walker; grandchildren;Gabriel, Josiah, and Ameera; nieces, Vania Walker, Olivia Walker, Nicole Brooks, and Diamond Blair; nephews, Leroy Brooks, Darryl Goodner, and James Walker; and a host beloved children of friends. | |
