Joseph Raymond Cobbs, “Lil Joe”, 30, passed away on August 15, 2020. Services will be Thursday, August 27, 2020 with visitation beginning at 11 a.m. and funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. at Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons, 951 S. Preston Street. He was preceded in death by Joseph Small (Father), Kelsie Small (Sister).  He leaves to mourn his mother Latonya Peebles (Mark) sisters Shatara, Jameka, Jessica; brothers Domonique, Lonzell; uncle Richard Small and many other relatives and friends.
