Charles Edward Wathen

Wathen, Charles Edward, 48, passed away on March 10, 2015 in Houston, TX. He is survived by his children, Charisse, BreAnn, and Angel Wathen; parents Callie McFarland and Cornelius Wathen, Jr.; siblings, Emmanuel Wathen, Gary Wathen, and Gloria Graves; nieces, Kiarra and Kennedi Wathen , and Ariah Graves; and nephew, Joshua Wathen. Visitation will be 11 a.m. Saturday with funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. at Pleasant View Baptist Church, 2600 Virginia Avenue. Interment will be in Green Meadows Cemetery. Arrangements by Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons, 951 S. Preston Street.
