Mellcine Salter, 91, passed away on January 20, 2024. Services will be held at Refuge in Kentucky Church, 1716 Prentice Street, beginning on Friday January 26th with visitation from 6-8 pm. Funeral will be 11 am Saturday, January 27, 2024 with interment in Green Meadows Cemetery.
