William Franklin Hogue, Jr. “Lil Bill”, 45, passed away on December 30, 2025. Services will be Thursday, January 8, 2026 beginning with visitation at 11 am and funeral service to follow at 1 pm at New Zion Baptist Church, 1501 Lous Coleman Jr. Drive. Lil Bill was preceeded in death by his father William Hogue Sr, and his stepfather William “Billy” Glover, both his maternal and paternal grandparents and his best friend Rahman. ‘Fast Get Away” Woods. Lil Bill was the jack of all trades but really took to pouring concrete (like Billy) and fixing and racing motorcycles (like Wild Bill). Lil Bill leaves behind to remember and continue his legacy his wife Brandy Hogue, four daughters La’Nayia, Kaylee, Janeise Hogue and Kayla Clarkson, one son Jalynn Kellam, four grandchildren Alaya Hogue, Legend Summers, Ilan and Miji Kellam Samuels. His mother Alice Summers, mother-in-law Lita Peden (Roy) and father-in-law Timothy Proctor. His siblings Travis “Juan” Bradley, Tawana Hughes, Tracey Washburn, Tara Glover, Anthony Summers, Justin Parker, Kevin Hogue, Kelise Hogue, Lacrisha Hale and Duwaine Hale Jr. 6 aunts Katie, Sandra, Mary, and Patricia Summers, Christine Diane Cordey, and Sarah Wilson, 2 uncles Eugene Summers and Charles Howard Hogue Jr (Yvonne), his stepmother Mary Proctor (William) and a host of other family and friends Lil Bill also leaves behind his Youngblood Motorcycle club of 29 years. Lil Bill lived to have fun and lived his life to the fullest and if he had anything to say to us it would be DON’T MOURN ME BUT GET ON THAT BIKE AND RIDE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT To know Lil Bill was to Love him. | |
