Carl Fredrick Higgins, 55, passed away on November 4, 2019. He is survived by his wife Laura Higgins; children, Sheena Lynch, Ashley Beswick, Carl Higgins, II, Amber Higgins and Robert Higgins; and five grandchildren. Visitation with the family is scheduled for Saturday, November 16, from 11 a.m. to 12 noon, followed by the funeral at Rodgers-Awkard & Lyons Funeral Home, 951 S. Preston Street. Burial will follow in Newburg-Petersburg Cemetery.
