Funeral services will be Friday, June 28, 2019 with visitation beginning at 11 a.m. and funeral service to follow at 12 noon at Christian Faith Tabernacle, 3228 Greenwood Avenue. She was an employee of Jewish Hospital. She is survived by her mother, Yahruth Ells; children, Ke’Vanthe Smith Alexander, Marquize Douglas, Tony Martin, Monyel Redd; and four sisters, Johnnie Shanks, Jerrika, Makiesha and Shanon Clark.
