Clifford Wesley Mills, 63, passed away on November 15, 2025. Services will be Tuesday, November 25, 2025 beginning with visitation at 11 am and funeral service to follow at 1 pm at Newburg Apostolic Church, 4817 E. Indian Trail.
Raised in the Newburg/Okolona Apostolic community, Clifford was the eldest sibling of Melvin and Aletha. At a young age, he joined the United States Army, proudly serving his country. After his military service, Clifford remained deeply connected to fellow veterans, often visiting the VA to share stories and encouragement. Clifford was a man of passion and joy. He loved riding his motorcycle and found peace in fishing.
He cherished his family deeply and leaves behind treasured memories with his children: LaVetta Mills, Nathaniel Mills (Stacie), and NaShawn; his brother, Melvin Mills (Brenda); and his grandchildren, Noah Lowe and Noelle Mills.
He also leaves a legacy of love with his devoted companion, Trina Williams, who stood faithfully by his side. Clifford’s gratitude for her care and devotion was immeasurable.
Clifford will be remembered for his laughter, his strength, and the love he shared with all who
knew him.
