Louisville – 72 passed away on ay 21, 2021. He leaves to cherish his loving father, William Starks; aunt, Mary A. Laird; son, Greg McGinnis; four brothers, Robert(Sallie) and Wesley(Tameka) Laird, Bruce and Curtis Starks; five sisters, Shirley and Peggy Laird, Peggy Yarbrough, Debbie Sutherland, and Cheryl Starks; a sister preceded in death, Christine Laird; two grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many more that loved him.
