Louisville – Dionne Patrice Smith, 43, passed away on February 17, 2021. She is survived by her children Kelani, Kevaun, and Deiandre Smith; mother, Toni Smith; and siblings Donald and Renecca Smith. Services will be Saturday, February 27th with visitation beginning at 11 a.m. and funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. at Portland Memorial Baptist Church, 3800 W.
