Donald Reed Burton, Sr.,81, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022. Services will be held on Saturday November 26th beginning with visitation at 11 a.m. and funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. at Midwest Church of Christ, 2115 Garland Avenue. Interment will be in Green Meadows Cemetery.
Donald leaves to celebrate fond memories, his beloved, Joni Doyal, his children, Tammy Gowdy and her mother, Carolyn Gowdy, Sondra Burton-Williams (Shawn), Donald Burton, Jr. and his mother, Darlene Baker all of Louisville. His stepchildren, Stephanie Ward of Allen, TX, Barbara Ward of Addison, TX. Kevin Ward (Kimberly) of Louisville, Adrienne Ward-Lewis (DuWayne) of Manteca, CA. Grandchildren: Devin and Yasmine Burton, Jackson and Jessica Tapper and Christal Williams.
