Eula Jane Fox, 81, passed away on January 3, 2026. Services will be Friday, January 16, 2026 beginning with visitation at 11 am and funeral service to follow at 1 pm at Eastern Star Baptist Church, 824 S. 24th Street. Interment will be in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
Born December 16, 1944, to the late Lillie Masden Taylor and Dexter Thomas Sr, she was the eldest of 16 children. Eula lived a full and active life devoted to her family. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband James Fox, daughter Vicki Betts, sister, Virginia Thomas, and brothers David, James and Dwayne Taylor.
She is survived by her children, Brian Kemp (Francesca), Alan Kemp (Dana), Steven Kemp (Clarissa), James Fox Jr (Terri), Terri Kemp Gardner (Adrian), Edna Fox, Betty Fox, and Clarizza Fox Webb (James); along with a host of grandchildren, family, and friends.
